Children's
clothing of the upper classes was extremely rich and strictly imitating the parents'
ones. The magnificient costume's evolution was over the top: clothes became a
status-symbol. Young princes were dressed to show other people what they would
have become in the future. |
Baby-girls'
dresses were composed by a body, which was trimmed with precious stones and embroidery;
the sleeves and the neckline were equiped with very delicate lace.They hold the
fan, lace or satin made, or simply colored paper. The hair-styles were made precious
by feather and ribbons. | |
